Delivery Rules & Policy

At Dashys, we strive to deliver your favorite organic products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our delivery guidelines below:

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver our products all across Bangladesh, covering:

  • Inside Dhaka: Full coverage within Dhaka City.

  • Outside Dhaka: All districts and sub-districts (Upazilas) across the country.

2. Delivery Charges

Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka City: ৳60 (Standard Charge).

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120 - ৳150 (Depending on the weight and location).

  • Note: Free delivery may apply for orders above a certain amount (e.g., Orders over ৳3000).

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible:

  • Inside Dhaka: Within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Outside Dhaka: Within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, natural disasters, or political unrest.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its progress:

  • Use the "Track Order" feature on our website.

  • Enter your Order ID and Phone Number to see the real-time status of your parcel.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • For Cash on Delivery, please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package and pay the amount.

  • Verification Call: Every order is verified via a phone call. If we cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled.

6. Receiving the Shipment

  • Check Before You Pay: We encourage you to check the product's condition (seal, packaging, and quantity) in front of the delivery person.

  • Reporting Issues: If the product is damaged or incorrect, please inform our helpline (+8801722112170) immediately and return it to the delivery man.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order twice. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts due to the customer's unavailability, the order will be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge will apply.
